Welcome to HOA Hub (“the Service”), provided by Two Jays Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Service, members of an organization (“Users”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

   • Eligibility: You must be an authorized member of an organization that has entered into a contractual agreement with us to use the Service.
   • Account Creation: To access the Service, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
   • Account Use: You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Service

   • Permitted Use: The Service is provided solely for your use as an authorized member of an organization. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

   • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

     • Access or attempt to access any non-public areas of the Service or its infrastructure.
     • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
     • Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
     • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

4. Data and Privacy

   • Data Protection: We respect your privacy and the security of your data. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
   • User Responsibility: You are responsible for the security of any data you input into the Service and ensuring that any data shared is compliant with applicable data protection laws.

5. Suspension and Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful conduct.
